DATA SECURITY

The Bahraini Judicial authorities are solely the jurisdiction authority for all disputes may arise from or related to the Website. We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information you have disclosed to us in response to judicial process or court order or to provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation of matters related to public safety, permitted by law.

APPENDIX D – AGGREGATE, ANALYTICS & SOCIAL MEDIA FUNCTIONALITY

We may aggregate personal information and remove any identifying elements in order to analyze patterns and improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze Platform use, to improve our content and product offerings, and to customize our Platforms’ content, layout, products and services, and we may appoint third parties to do this on our behalf, as set out above.
